Our Return Policy
At Notiles Press, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy.
You may return unused books in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. This policy applies to all orders placed through our website.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The book must be in its original, unused condition
- The book must be in its original packaging, if applicable
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] or call +91 11 7123 4567 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Wait for Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number if your return is approved.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the book in its original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please include your return authorization number in the package.
- Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (or via the method used for Cash on Delivery orders)
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Notiles Press is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call +91 11 7123 4567. Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging, if possible
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including original shipping charges. In cases of damaged or defective items, we will also cover the cost of return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Books that have been used, written in, or show signs of wear
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Books without proof of purchase
- Digital products or downloadable content (when applicable)
